Shipping Policy

<h2>Order processing</h2>
<p>All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be processed the following Monday. You will receive an order confirmation email, then a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.</p>

<h2>UK standard delivery</h2>
<ul>
<li>Delivery time: 5 to 8 business days after dispatch</li>
<li>Cost: free on all orders, no minimum spend</li>
</ul>

<h2>Tracked shipping</h2>
<p>All orders ship with a tracked service. Your dispatch email includes a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.</p>

<h2>Delivery estimates</h2>
<p>Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by postal delays, adverse weather, or peak periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.</p>

<h2>Failed deliveries</h2>
<p>If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave instructions for re-delivery or collection. If an item is returned to us as undelivered, we will contact you and you can choose between a refund or having it reshipped.</p>

<h2>Damaged or lost orders</h2>
<p>If your order does not arrive within 10 working days of your expected delivery date, contact us at <a href="mailto:support@revalights.com">support@revalights.com</a> and we will investigate. If your order arrives damaged, see our <a href="/policies/refund-policy">Returns & Refund Policy</a> for how to report it.</p>

<h2>International shipping</h2>
<p>We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.</p>
